LBAudio licence agreement
Last updated 5 November 2026
In short: you can use LBAudio plugins on all your own computers and make anything you like with it, commercially or not. Please don't share or resell it. Your legal rights as a consumer always apply.
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between LBAudio ("we", "us") and you, the person who bought an LBAudio plugin ("you"). It covers every LBAudio plugin, including Squeeze, and the plugins in any LBAudio bundle. By installing or using one you agree to it.
2. What you can do
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use each LBAudio plugin you bought, including any updates we provide, on any computers you own or personally use.
You can use our plugins for any purpose, including commercial music, film, games and broadcast work. Everything you create with it belongs to you, with no royalties or credits owed to us.
3. What you can't do
- Share, sell, rent, lend or give away copies of our plugins or your download link.
- Let other people use your copy on computers you don't use yourself.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify our plugins, except where the law allows it.
- Remove or change any copyright or licence notices.
4. Ownership
Our plugins are licensed to you, not sold. LBAudio keeps all rights in them. They include third-party software used under its own licences, listed in the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt file included with the download.
5. Your rights as a consumer
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in this agreement affects those rights. Beyond them, our plugins are provided as they are.
6. Our liability
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit or data. Except where the law says otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the plugin or bundle concerned. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Ending this agreement
If you break this agreement, your licence ends and you must delete your copies of our plugins. You can end it at any time by deleting them.
8. Law
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
