Refund policy

In short: if a plugin doesn't work on your system, tell us within 14 days. If we can't fix it, you get your money back.

If a plugin doesn't work for you

Email support@lbaudio.co.uk within 14 days of buying, with your order number, your operating system, your DAW and what goes wrong. We'll help you get it working. If we can't, we'll refund you in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Payhip, our checkout provider. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a plugin is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that isn't possible, a refund, whenever you bought it.

Before you buy

Please check the system requirements on the plugin's page. Our plugins are VST3 and AU only, so they won't load in Pro Tools. For a bundle, a refund covers the whole bundle.
